I went yesterday and had my haircut for the first time in years. Jackie, my stylist, was fantastic. The salon is warm and inviting and everyone is friendly including the pugs. But the best part was getting my hair washed, their setup is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be going back.

I was looking for a new hairdresser, somewhat tentatively as you do! After reading all of the ORA reviews, decided this was the place. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I received the best service ever experienced from a salon. The service was geared toward my needs and requests. The stylist listened intently and took her time asking questions and assessing my hair. Being ‘heard’ and ‘seen’ as a customer is so rare these days. Super happy with the result and have had countless compliments since! Thank you ORA! Can’t wait to return and try a colour next time.
